I will not copy any design without permission from the original designer. There are a lot of amazing pattern designers out there. I am happy to work with them and follow their specific terms and conditions. Use the Custom Quote form and let me know what you're looking for.
WHAT IS YOUR CUSTOM QUOTE PROCESS
First things first...fill out and submit your request. The more detail you provide, the better. If you like something in the shop, but want to customize it, please reference the design.
I will contact you as soon as possible to work through the details. This may include asking for visuals, and/or leading you to some of my design partners to ensure I fully realize your vision. Be prepared, there are a lot of options out there!
Once I understand the vision, I will work up a quote price based on the materials you selected and let you know approximately how long it will take to create your finished item.
Once you accept the quote, I will ask for 50% non-refundable down payment to order your custom materials. Lead time on leather can be anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks.
I will send you some teaser photos throughout the creation of your item.
I will not send or post pictures of your completed item until after it has been delivered. I want the first reaction to be while you're holding it in your hands.
Once the item is completed, I will request the final payment including any applicable shipping and sales tax prior to shipping.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Shipping is available anywhere. The buyer is responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes that apply. There are some restrictions on import/export of some exotic leathers.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us directly within 7 days of the item arriving at your location. The item must be in new condition. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees in the return process. If the item features any custom modification requests beyond the “standard” style offered, a return or refund can not be accepted. All items have a lifetime warranty on materials and craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover "wear and tear", stains, or other things that happen during the course of normal use.
